The piece that goes into the belt hole is broken so it is functional. However, it is still a cool piece. Note: I don't accept returns but that's for a reason, if I did people want to return everything like Amazon lets them do. I don't allow that. However, if you have an issue with a defective item or it got damaged during shipping, we will of course come to an acceptable agreement between us that works out for both parties.
