The back of round homemade stainless steel bucked, the belt bar does not move and Cowboy on horse does not have belt bar on back. Look at pictures closely. Brass belt buckle never been worn . Great addition to any belt buckle collection. Round buckle has a few scratches from being made and polished out. Cowboy on horse has a few scratches not many.
