The Vintage unique Abstract Modern Brutalist Belt Buckle .It is 3d as the bolts are raised. It is in good used condition but does have a crack on the side where belt looks in(last photo). I believe it can be welded easily but not sure. It is still pretty strong. It measures approximately 3 1/4″ tall and 4 1/2″ wide. Heavy.
