THE BUCKLE HAS DISCOLORATION AND TARNISH ALL OVER. THERE ARE SOME LIGHT SCUFFS AND SCRATCHES ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM. THE BUCKLE IS MARKED ON INISDE. THE BUCKLE WEIGHS ABOUT 20 GRAMS.
