This highly detailed commemorative piece features the MACV (Military Assistance Command, Vietnam) insignia, dragons, bamboo, and a border of grenades and foliage. The front displays « 1962 MACV 1975 » and « Republic of Vietnam Service » with vibrant enamel accents in green, yellow, and red.
