This is a vintage Western-style belt buckle, likely made of pewter, with a striking design. The buckle features a black enameled background with ornate silver-toned floral and feather scrollwork. Two oval inlays of turquoise-colored enamel add a vibrant touch. The enamel appears to have been poured into recessed areas of the buckle design. Each turquoise inlay features a decorative gold-toned, abstract swirl. The buckle measures approximately 2.5″ by 3.25″. The back of the buckle is marked with the Siskiyou Buckle Co. logo and the copyright date of 1996.
